J9pm Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to j9pm. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the j9pm platform, accessible at j9pm.win and via our mobile app. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and j9pm.

J9pm shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. However, we maintain an active monitoring system to detect suspicious activity and will take immediate action to protect your account if any signs of security compromise are detected.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where j9pm is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration under mutually agreed arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
